Niranthara

A comprehensive capacity building program that lends support & training to implement 175 good practices across 8 core domains. A 24-month engagement comprising of a 16-month OCM program followed by an 8-month monitoring and handholding phase.

DrishtE

An innovative program designed to disseminate the collective knowledge of Niranthara to NGOs across India. An e-learning platform designed as a self-paced self-learning program for small and medium-sized NGOs that have scarce time and resources.

Updeshak

A Governance initiative that identifies, inducts and mentors volunteers from professional and corporate sectors to create a pool of independent board members to support governance in the NGO sector with a focus on strengthening leadership in NGOs.

12-month OCM program for small/rural emerging NGOs aspiring to grow, focussing on equipping them with essential foundations in 125 good practices across 6 identified DF core domains.
