Niranthara is Dhwani Foundation's flagship Organisation Change Management (OCM) program that works closely with grassroots NGOs to help them build stronger systems, leadership practices, governance processes, and sustainability.

Introduction

Niranthara is a long-term OCM journey for grassroots NGOs looking to improve governance, systems, compliance, finance, fundraising, technology adoption, visibility, and long-term sustainability.

Through long-term engagement with NGO founders, leadership teams, boards, and staff, the program helps organisations improve accountability, internal systems, decision-making, and long-term resilience.

24-Month Deep Engagement: Training and Implementation of 175 Parameters Across 8 Core Domains.

The program combines residential workshops, mentoring, implementation support, assessments, technology enablement, branding support, fundraising guidance, and ongoing handholding support.
