Shikshak

Shikshak is Dhwani Foundation's collaborative implementation model that works with ecosystem partners to deliver Organisation Change Management Initiatives in different regions through the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) Model.

Overview

Built on the belief that collaboration is critical for deeper grassroots impact, Shikshak works through regional partnerships to support grassroots NGOs with contextualised OCM Initiatives.

The initiative combines Dhwani Foundation's organisational development experience with the local knowledge, relationships, and field presence of partner organisations.

We are currently partnering with RNBA for the delivery of our OCM Program in Assam and Manipur.
