VOICE works with grassroots federations and collective platforms to improve governance, leadership, visibility, internal systems, and long-term sustainability.
VOICE is Dhwani Foundation\u2019s federation enablement programme designed to build the visibility, credibility, and sustainability of social sector federations in India. The programme works with federations across South India to strengthen governance, leadership, member engagement, communication, policy advocacy, and long-term sustainability.
Built after consultations with close to 50 sector leaders and stakeholders across the country, VOICE responds to the growing need for stronger federations that can represent grassroots concerns, engage more effectively with government systems, and create stronger support structures for member organisations.
The programme currently works with federations representing organisations working with communities including Dalit women, manual scavengers, persons living with HIV, differently abled children, and women-led community groups in Tamil Nadu.
