Introduction

NAVDHARA is Dhwani Foundation’s leadership transition and succession planning initiative designed for grassroots NGOs. Built in response to a growing leadership continuity challenge in the social sector, the initiative supports founders, boards, and organisations in identifying, mentoring, and preparing future leaders within their teams. The program combines leadership development, coaching, mentoring, internships, board engagement, transition planning, and organisational readiness support to help NGOs prepare for smoother leadership transitions and long-term continuity.
