Dhwani Foundation

What We Do

Lasting change at the grassroots depends on more than committed organisations. It requires organisations that are institutionally strong, and an ecosystem–of funding, knowledge, networks, and institutional support–that is responsive to grassroots realities.

Dhwani works across both. Through Organisation Change Management (OCM) Programs, we build the capacity of grassroots NGOs, strengthening their systems, leadership, and financial practices to support long-term growth and resilience. Alongside this, we are committed to Sector Enabling Initiatives (SEI), working with donors, CSR partners, government, and sector networks so that the wider ecosystem better aligns with the realities grassroots organisations navigate, thereby building and enriching the social sector ecosystem.

OCM Initiatives

Long-term organisational development programs for grassroots NGOs and federations.

These initiatives work closely with NGO founders, boards, leadership teams, and staff to help organisations build stronger systems, governance practices, visibility, technology adoption, fundraising readiness, and long-term sustainability.

Testimonials

Reflections from NGO founders, leaders, and staff on what stronger systems, visibility, and institutional confidence can unlock.

VOICE helps federations move from working in silos to speaking with collective clarity. The structure it brings to governance and participation makes the entire network more credible and future-ready.

Federation Leadership Partner

The strength of the programme is that it combines reflection with action. Teams are not just learning concepts, they are building systems, roles, and routines that stay in place after the workshops end.

Organisational Development Mentor

What changed most for us was confidence. Once member services, communication, and governance became clearer, the federation could represent community voices more strongly in larger forums.
